In addition it has a great texture that tastes great too—no wonder people can’t seem to stop talking about it. Village Harvest wants to make sure they’re eating it, too.
That’s why we cook our quinoa exactly as it should be cooked, then cryogenically flash freeze it at -300˚F when the grains are tender, but whole. All you have to do is pour and heat. Now the only hard part is remembering how to pronounce it! (keen-wah)
