Anonymous Reporting FAQs

  • This is a secure channel established under CTPAT requirements. It allows employees, partners, and stakeholders to report concerns related to supply chain security without revealing their identity.

  • When you submit a concern, the information is routed to the designated security team. They review and investigate the issue following CTPAT protocols. At no point is your identity tracked or disclosed, ensuring full confidentiality.

  • You can report any suspicious or unusual activity that may threaten supply chain security. Examples include:

    • Unauthorized access to facilities or cargo

    • Tampering with containers or seals

    • Suspicious behavior at ports, warehouses, or checkpoints

    • Smuggling, contraband, or possible terrorism-related activity

    • Corruption, bribery, or violations of security procedures

  • Reports are reviewed by our security compliance team. Each case is investigated according to CTPAT guidelines, and corrective actions are taken when needed. Findings may be documented and shared with authorities if required, always keeping your anonymity protected.

  • This is not an emergency response channel. If you encounter an immediate threat to safety or security, call local authorities right away. This section should not be used for false claims, personal disputes, or issues unrelated to supply chain security.

  • Confidentiality is guaranteed. Reports submitted here remain anonymous, and all details are handled responsibly and in line with CTPAT’s commitment to secure global trade. Your role is to share the concern; our role is to protect both your identity and the supply chain.
